Accommodating 4 to 6 guests, this beautifully renovated property is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, one of Gran Canaria's most popular destinations. The villa offers a stylish and modern layout with two double bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for families or small groups. The open-plan living area is designed for comfort, featuring a large sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.

The outdoor spaces are a highlight of the property. A private solarium invites guests to relax and soak up the sun on the loungers, while a small heated pool (available for use under terms and conditions) provides a refreshing retreat. The pool area is complemented by a covered chill-out zone, perfect for enjoying shade and relaxation.

Inside, the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with an island and seating for four, a living area with a TV and access to the terrace, and two comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed with an integrated bathroom, while the second bedroom has a double bed and access to a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outside, the terrace is furnished with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a dining area seating six guests. On-street parking is available for convenience.

The villa's location is unbeatable. Just a short walk from the CITA shopping center and a ten-minute stroll to the lively Yumbo Center, guests have easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Playa del Inglés beach, with its golden sands, and the famous Maspalomas Dunes are nearby, offering opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, camel rides, or scenic walks. The villa was just right for 5 guests. Open-plan living area worked well for meals and relaxing together. Kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use. Bedrooms were comfortable and modern. Perfect for a short getaway.

The villa is just a short walk from Yumbo Center and CITA shopping. We spent mornings at the beach and evenings enjoying the terrace. Everything was modern, air-conditioned, and easy to use. The pool was small but refreshing, and the covered chill-out area was a bonus.

We had an amazing stay here. The villa was modern and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Playa del Inglés. The private pool was a big hit with the kids. Would definitely recommend.
